Chris Dielman Forced to Take Retirement Due to Concussion
To the shock of every concerned sports lover, Chris Dielman recently made announcement pertaining to his retirement. While making the announcement, Chris Dielman could not help but break down in tears. Dielman states that he had nine great years of football and it was time for him to bid farewell to the sport that he loved the most. Dielman recalls that few thought that he would be able to go past the first training camp when he signed as a rookie in the year 2003. Dielman admits that it was completely his decision to retire long before four and a half months.
He took the decision of retiring due to the concussion he suffered in a helmet-to-helmet collision. Chris Dielman states that he thought it was good for him to retire when he was at his very peak of his performance. He stated that he was in no mood whatsoever to take the risk of playing. He stated that he had a beautiful family as well as lived in a great place so he thought to enjoy this leisure rather than playing. Chris Dielman stated that he had spent nine great years of his professional life and wanted to cherish those moments for the rest of his life.
Wife of Chris Dielman, sons, employees, players as well as coaches was present in the team meeting room when he made such an announcement. Dielman was severely plagued with injuries in the fourth quarterfinal match against the Jets. In spite of the injury, Chris Dielman continued with his professional life since there were other injuries affecting his team as well. It was only after the completion of the game that the team decided to diagnose the critical condition pertaining to his health.
It was necessary to hospitalize Chris Dielman for the entire night. Chris Dielman opined that he was in no mood to continue playing aggressive football that he has always played and he did not want the symptoms to get aggravated with age as well. Rivers was equally grieved as the decision of Chris Dielman as well. Rivers opined that he would miss Chris Dielman a lot in the field of play as well as at bus rides, meeting rooms and locker room as well. Rivers described that the way Chris Dielman plays football is similar to the way school kids and college student’s play and his style of play has not changed a bit since then.
